When you book through us, you’ll be required to fill out a form which asks for a series of personal details, Photographic ID and credit card information.

Your personal details will be used to contact you when needed. Your credit card details will be kept on file during and after your stay to allow us charge your card if you use any in-room extras or additional charges such as damage upon checkout.

This is separate to the deposit you’ll be required to pay 5 days before check-in and will be refunded 3-5 working days after checkout. Subject to any deductions.
